Customized & Handmade Products
All of our products are handmade to order and customized based on personal Five-Element readings. Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after payment, provided that production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, or once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for verification.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a partial refund depending on the situation.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or external factors beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after production has started
- Incorrect personal information provided by the customer
- Normal variations in handmade products
- Cultural or spiritual expectations not being met
